Meet the Hutt & Co Team

Caroline Hutt CFRE, Managing Director

Caroline set up Hutt & Co in April 2012 following a long career with a large, internationalfundraising consultancy. Caroline started her fundraising career working for two prominent national charities in the UK before joining the fundraising consultancy in 1996.

Caroline brings confidence, knowledge and experience to all Hutt & Co’s clients. She is totally committed to making sure clients’ expectation are not only met but exceeded time after time.

Louise Norton BA, Associate Director

Louise has worked successfully with a number of grammar schools since joining us in 2017.

Her creative flair, hard work and dedication to excellent client relationships has made Louise a highly valued member of our team.

David Wheeldon BA MSC FRSA, associate director

David brings an indispensable wealth of knowledge and experience to Hutt and Co and is especially able at understanding how to transform an ambitious development plan into reality having accomplished this at both schools where he was Head. He has been involved in nearly all the school commissions for Hutt and Co since 2012 and is also involved in other education consultancy roles separate from the Company, including as a School Improvement Partner.

Dr. John Weeds, Associate Director

Having worked alongside John during his Headship at both Reading School and Cranbrook School, Hutt & Co. were quick to recruit him as an Associate in 2021, given his experience and track-record of success in school development.

Charlotte Groves, office manager

Charlotte joined us in 2019, leaving behind a career in Health and Safety in favour of a role that inspires and challenges yet still fits around family commitments.

Charlotte oversees the office side of things at Hutt & Co including finance, and she is likely to be your first point of contact when you contact the office.
